Parameters
- filePath
- Type: System..::..String
The path to the new DBF file to be created. If filePath does not include the ".dbf" extension it will be added
- dataFields
- Type: array<EGIS.ShapeFileLib..::..DbfFieldDesc>[]()[][]
A DbfFieldDesc aray describing the field of the DBF file
